How to create a good orc name
- Stick to hard sounds. G, K, R, Z and Th give orc names their weight; avoid soft sounds like L or F for full-blooded orcs.
- Keep it short. Most great orc names have one or two syllables — easy to roar in battle.
- Add a clan or epithet. Grukash Bloodtusk or Nazra One-Eye is far more memorable than a bare name.
- Decide how the orc was raised. A half-orc raised by humans might have a name like Edric; one raised in a clan would carry an orcish name.
